1. Who we are

Pulse ("Pulse", "we", "us") is a stock and price tracking service operated by NXV Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16099325. You can reach us at info@nxvlabs.com.

2. What Pulse does

Pulse lets you follow products sold by third-party retailers and sends you alerts when their stock or price changes. Pulse is not a shop. We do not sell the products we track, hold inventory, or process your purchases. When you buy something, you buy it from the retailer, on the retailer's own website and under the retailer's own terms.

3. Your account

You need an account to track products. Keep your sign-in details safe: activity under your account is treated as yours. You must be at least 16 to use Pulse. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

4. Fair use

You agree not to:

• access the service by any automated means other than the official app or website;
• resell, scrape, or redistribute Pulse data or alerts;
• use Pulse to disrupt or overload our systems or a retailer's.

5. Alerts and accuracy

We work hard to make alerts fast and accurate, and we make no promise that they always will be. Stock and prices at retailers change quickly and can change again between the moment we alert you and the moment you reach the retailer. Information in Pulse is provided as-is, and buying decisions are yours.

6. Affiliate links

Some links in Pulse are affiliate links. We take part in affiliate programmes and networks, including Awin, which means we may earn a commission when you buy through a link in the app or on this site. This never costs you anything extra: you pay the same price you would pay going to the retailer directly. Commissions do not influence which products Pulse tracks, when it alerts you, or what it shows you.

7. Intellectual property

Product names, brands, and images belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in Pulse is informational and does not imply endorsement. The Pulse app, site, and service are ours; these terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed alerts, purchases you make or miss, retailer behaviour, or indirect losses arising from your use of Pulse. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

9. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. If a change is significant we will let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Pulse after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales.
