1. Who we are

Pulse is operated by NXV Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16099325), which is the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions and requests: info@nxvlabs.com.

2. What we collect

• Account details. Your email address and sign-in credentials.
• Your tracking choices. The products you follow and the settings you pick, such as price caps and alert levels. This is the heart of the service.
• Device tokens. A push notification token for each device you sign in on, so alerts can reach you.
• Service logs. Standard technical logs (timestamps, IP addresses, app version) kept briefly for reliability and abuse prevention.

This website, pulse.shop, is a static page. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

To run Pulse: checking the products you track, delivering alerts, keeping the service reliable, and answering support requests. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Retailer links and affiliate networks

When you open a product from Pulse, the link may route through an affiliate network, such as Awin, before reaching the retailer. The network may set cookies in your browser so that a purchase can be attributed to Pulse. Those cookies are the network's, governed by its own privacy policy (for Awin, see awin.com/gb/privacy), and they do not give us access to what you browse or buy beyond confirmation that a purchase happened.

5. Who we share with

Infrastructure providers that run the service for us: hosting, database, and push notification delivery. They process data on our instructions. Affiliate networks receive only the click itself, never your Pulse account details.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted when you delete your account or ask us to. Service logs are kept for a short rolling window and then discarded.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email us and we will sort it out.

8. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will let you know in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
